> Organizing Govandi Arts Festival, a community led public arts festival in the neighborhood of Govandi, Mumbai.
> Setting up a neighborhood led pedagogy through mentorship programs and artist residency with the community, developmental organizations and established artists .
> Leading a team of staff members, community residents, partners and consultants to deliver the festival in February 2023.

> Co-Leading the Neighbourhood Regeneration program within Natwar Parekh Colony, a neglected neighborhood in Govandi, Mumbai, by bringing tangible spatial improvements through art and design led interventions.
> Designed and implemented the first ever community library in Govandi, Kitaab Mahal.
> Conducted multiple design research, mapping, street design and neighbourhood visualisation workshops with the youth and residents of Govandi.
> Leading the participatory research and design with e-waste dismantlers living in marginalized neighborhoods of Delhi, on improving their workspaces.
> Leading design consultancy projects within the organization for Goonj, Hasiru Dala, World Vision.
> Expanded outreach for organization by bringing international, national and local collaborations, grants and partnerships.
