I choose selective branding gigs, and most times its for the people and projects that I love.

Brief

(1) to keep the idea of “coming together” as the central meaning of the logo, as ‘aabhat’ is a word used in some parts of Kutch (largely Banni) for the ritual of a community activity where people come together to help a family build something or to work on some public utility infrastructure like water tank for cattle or wells. One important aspect of this activity is that there is no financial transaction involved amongst the community members, and it largely runs on goodwill (and food).

(2) to have a certain rawness to its aesthetics, broadly drawing inspiration from the tattoos of rabari women here, reflecting tribal/ pastoral values (the lightness of being).
